Why book a design party?

  • You and your friends get to choose from thousands of acetate and acrylic pieces of all different colors, shapes and sizes to create your very own bespoke pair of earrings.

When can I have a party?

  • For design parties of 5 or more people, we ask that you schedule your party after shop hours, Tuesday – Saturday between 5pm and 10pm and Sunday between 12pm and 6pm, subject to lead designer and shop availability.

     

    How do I schedule my party?

    • Please use the calendar below to schedule your Design Party

     

    How much in advance do I need to schedule my party?

        • Our calendar fills up with other events pretty quickly so the sooner the better!

     

    Is there a minimum number of guests required?

        • A minimum of 5 guests are required. We request that you book a private party after shop hours,  Tuesday – Saturday between 5pm and 10pm or Sunday between 12pm and 6pm, subject to lead designer and shop availability.

     

    What is the cost and how do I pay for my party?

          • For a Private Design Party of 5 guests or more, the cost is $150 to reserve the space and $64 (plus tax) per person for materials equal to one pair of bespoke earrings.
            • The party “hostess” will use a credit card to reserve the desired date and time at which time the $150 space fee will be charged. Individual invoices will be sent for payment to each guest for prior payment due within 7 days of event date or upon receipt if less than 7 days prior.
          • There is a 15 day cancellation notice required (even for parties booked less than 15 days away). If less than a 15 day cancellation notice is given, you will be charged for 100% of the rental and event fees.
          • If agreement is cancelled between 29 and 16 days prior to the event date, 50% of the rental and event fees will be charged.

       

      What is included when booking a party? 

          • Private use of the shop, dedicated earring artist, access to thousands of acetate and acrylic pieces, soft beverages provided. We are BYOB + outside snacks/food welcome.

       

      How long is the party?

          • A party of 5 guests or more typically runs for 3 hours.

       

      Alcohol Policy

          • We are BYOB. You must be 21 or older to bring and consume alcohol.

       

      Age Policy

          • Design Parties are for all ages!

       

      COVID Policy

        • We ask that all guests adhere to current physical distancing guidelines and to please wear a mask while inside the shop.
