RETURNS / EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY:

Please understand that we are a small business and at this time we only offer store credit for returns. We love to bring our clients unique items in small batches, rather than a large quantity of the same product over and over again. 

We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store Credit will be issued in the form of a gift card and never expires. 

All “Last Call” Sale Merchandise and Flash Sale items are all final sale.

EXCHANGES:
 Exchange Requests for Closet Rehab items must be made within 14 days of receiving the merchandise for an even or greater exchange, minus shipping costs. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be returned with tags attached and in the original packaging.



Please submit your Exchange Request to: info@getclosetrehab.com listing your order number and “PRODUCT EXCHANGE” as the subject line.
 Please state your reason for exchange. Should the request meet our exchange criteria you will be issued an Exchange Authorization (EA) Number and form that must be included when shipping merchandise back to our location. Any packages without a valid EA Number will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. Return Shipping Fees are the responsibility of the customer, therefore you may use the delivery service of your choice for the return. Though not required, we suggest you insure the package for full retail price and select “Return Signature Required”, as we cannot be responsible for packages we do not receive. Exchanged merchandise must be received at 412 STYLE LAB / Closet Rehab within 14 days of purchase or package will not be accepted.


Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item for exchange.

If exchanging an item for one with a higher retail value, the difference plus shipping must be paid before we will ship out the new item. If the new item is less than the original paid price of the exchanged item, a refund for the difference less shipping will be honored via the original payment method.

We have very carefully selected and inspected items in our collection to ensure that you are going to love your selections. Please take the time to read through each product description for details on the fit/sizing of each piece. 

PAYMENT:
 Closet Rehab accepts the following forms of payment: Credit Cards (American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover). PayPal is also accepted when going through our online shopping cart. Cash is accepted in-person. Money Orders, Wire Transfers, and Travelers Checks are not accepted online or in-person.

ORDERS:
 An acknowledgement of your order will be sent by email. We also aim to dispatch orders within one (1) working day subject to credit clearance, address verification, and availability of items. Please note that a valid email address is required in order to receive your electronic confirmation.
